The website only collects the data you voluntarily provide through its forms:

• Contact form: last name, first name, company, phone, email, subject and message;
• Consultation request: last name, first name, company, position, phone, email, type and subject of the consultation, description, preferred date, time and meeting format;
• Quote request: last name, first name, company, phone, email, service required, description of the need, indicative budget and, where applicable, attachments.

For the security of the website (prevention of spam and intrusion attempts), an irreversible technical fingerprint of the IP address is kept temporarily; the IP address itself is not stored in plain text.

Please only send the information and documents strictly necessary to process your request.

3. Purposes and legal basis

The data is processed, on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form, in order to:

• respond to your contact, consultation or quote requests;
• organise meetings and prepare the proposals requested;
• follow up the relationship with prospects and clients;
• ensure the security of the website.

Your data is never sold, rented or used for marketing purposes without your consent.

4. Recipients

The data is intended exclusively for authorised staff of ELYKEM Consulting. It may be technically hosted by the website's hosting provider, which is bound by security and confidentiality obligations.

5. Retention period

Data from the forms is kept for: [TO BE COMPLETED]. After that, it is deleted or anonymised, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it or an ongoing contractual relationship. Technical security fingerprints are automatically deleted after 24 hours.

6. Security

ELYKEM Consulting implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encrypted connection (HTTPS), administration area protected by authentication, attachments stored in a non-public area, and logging of administrative access.

7. Your rights

In accordance with the applicable regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete the data concerning you, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
